About the Role
Senior Research Analyst will be responsible for leading and executing web research projects to gather valuable insights and data for our organization. He/she will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify research objectives, develop research methodologies, and analyze data to provide actionable recommendations. He/she will also be responsible for mentoring junior analysts, ensuring the quality of research output, and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in web research.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage web research projects from inception to completion.
Develop research methodologies and strategies to gather relevant data.
Conduct thorough and accurate web-based research to collect data.
Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand research requirements.
Mentor and train junior research analysts.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web research.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of research output.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma with 2+ years in the relevant field.
Knowledge of MS-Office package, especially Word and Excel are important.
Proven experience as a web research analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent research and data analysis skills.
Proficiency in web research tools and techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
