Primary Responsibilities

•Evaluate client requirements and assess gathered data to ensure alignment with delivery objectives.
•Direct and oversee the QA team, delegating tasks, offering guidance, and ensuring that team members possess the requisite resources to carry out their responsibilities efficiently.
•Identify deficiencies in QA processes and devise and implement new protocols to enhance statistical efficiency and bolster data quality.
•Establish pivotal quality metrics to gauge the efficacy of testing endeavors and monitor progress towards quality objectives. Regularly compile and disseminate reports to stakeholders detailing testing outcomes, defect metrics, and overall quality status.
•Interpret data, employ statistical techniques to analyze results, and furnish ongoing reports.
•Cultivate a culture of heightened data quality awareness across various projects.
•Ensure compliance with existing policies, standards, and procedures.
•Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.


  • Proficiency in SQL (Intermediate to Advanced SQL) is essential, with knowledge in NoSQL considered advantageous.

  • Demonstrate leadership skills by effectively leading and motivating a team of QA engineers, offering guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful project completion.

  • Utilize analytical capabilities to scrutinize data, trends, and metrics, enabling informed decision-making and facilitating continuous enhancement of QA processes and methodologies.

  • Exhibit strong organizational prowess, adeptly prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines and deliver superior outcomes while adhering to budgetary constraints.

  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, understanding end-user needs and expectations to deliver products that surpass customer satisfaction and usability requirements.

  • Familiarity with spreadsheet applications to facilitate data management and analysis.

  • Employ a meticulous testing and defect tracking methodology, ensuring comprehensive coverage and documentation of all testing activities and results.

  • Display adaptability in swiftly adjusting to changes in priorities and processes to accommodate evolving project requirements.


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar program

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders to address issues.

  • Proactively identify project risks and offer timely solutions to mitigate them.

  • Willingness to adapt to rotational shifts as necessary.
