1. 24 X 7 X 365 - Effective Monitor and Manage the AWS infrastructure.
2.Experience designing and building environments on AWS, which includes working with services like EC2, ELB, ECS, EKS, RDS, S3, Cloudfront, Cloudformation, IAM, Autoscaling & Load balancing, VPC, route53, SSM, Cloudwatch, Billing & budgets, Workspaces.
3.Strong knowledge in Linux, Windows troubleshooting.
4.Certifications and/or proven proficiency in one or more AWS/Azure/GCP technologies.
5.Ensure necessary system security by using best in class cloud security solutions.
6.Basic working knowledge in DevOps technologies – CI/CD - Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform.
7.Stay current with new technology options and vendor products in IAAS/SAAS/PAAS, evaluating which ones would be a good fit for the organization / Support.
8.Experience/Additional knowledge with the following: Webservers IIS, Apache, nginx, NAT, SSL, Firewall, Virtualization concepts in Hyper-v, Citrix, openstalk would be preferable.
9.Troubleshoot the system and solve problems across all platforms as per the SCOPE.
10.The ability to be a team player.
11.The ability and skill to train other people in procedural and technical topics.
12.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
