About the Role

Job Overview:
The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the various processes associated with our products lifecycle. This role will ensure that all product-related projects are executed efficiently, align with company objectives, and meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Management:
Develop, implement, and oversee standardized product processes across the Organization.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Ensure that all product processes comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
Project Coordination:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of product-related projects.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
Resolve any project-related issues or roadblocks.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for all product process-related inquiries.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to align on product goals and deliverables.
Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of product projects.
Continuous Improvement:
Analyze the success of product launches and processes to identify areas of improvement.
Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate relevant ideas into our processes.
Organize training sessions for teams to ensure they are familiar with the latest product processes.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all product processes and update them as necessary.
Ensure that all team members have access to the latest process documents.

Requirements

Qualifications: BBA or MBA is a plus.

Minimum of [6 years] experience in program management or a related role. Strong understanding of product management and development processes. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools like [e.g., Jira, Taigo, Trello, Asana]. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
