Job Overview:

Automation Design & Methodology Expert will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring the successful implementation of automation methodologies across various products which falls under product team.
This role requires a unique blend of technical know-how and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation Strategy Development: Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand project requirements. Design and develop automation strategies tailored to specific project needs. Ensure that the chosen automation methodologies align with the company's objectives and industry best practices.

Implementation and Execution: Lead the implementation of automation methodologies across different projects. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the correct tools and technologies are in place. Monitor the execution of automated processes, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication. Provide training and guidance to teams unfamiliar with the chosen automation methodologies. Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously refine and improve automation strategies.

Documentation and Reporting: Document all implemented automation processes, ensuring clarity and easy replication. Generate regular reports on the performance and outcomes of automated processes. Keep senior management informed about the progress and any potential challenges. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation methodologies. Recommend improvements and optimizations to existing processes. Participate in workshops, seminars, and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of [6 years] experience in a semi-technical role with a focus on automation. Familiarity with popular automation tools and technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. With Data Products automation/solutioning background Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Good to have - Proficiency in [DBs, Programming languages, automation tools]. Experience in project management is a plus.
